Marco LaPadura CRS, CBR, SRES, e-Pro                                                   Team Leader and [Founding Member of TeamMD]  The director of training at a large national franchise for 8 years, and currently coaches real estate agents across the country. He is directly responsible for the success of many local agents throughout Queens. With over 30 years of full time real estate experience and thousands of satisfied families relocated in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County, he prides himself on the service he delivers to his customers and clients. No task is too big or too small for Marco to handle. His philosophy of "no problems, just solutions" has become his mantra for his business model. Marco is also an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser. and Accredited Home Stager. as well as being e-Pro Certified and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has earned Short Sale and REO/Foreclosure designations.

David Lau CBR, SRES [founding member of TeamMD]  he began his career in real estate, David has consistently been a top producing listing and selling agent in Queens. David has a very strong marketing background, and also worked in the mortgage business for many years. In the past ten years, he has worked with some of the largest global marketing companies and helped develop marketing strategies for many globally recognized brands. David knows how to market your home and get consumers excited about it. In addition, his mortgage background gives him a strong familiarity with the multitude of lending programs available to buyers once they have expressed an interest in your home. David's professional designations include CBR, SRES and ASP.
